How to Apply
All interested applicants are invited to register with the Fund’s Grants Portal. Through this portal you can submit a grant request, track your grant, monitor the status of grant payments, and submit reports.
The Fund accepts grant requests submitted only through its Grants Portal. Click here https://ahrf.fluxx.io to enter the Grants Portal and create an account. Grant requests not submitted through the Grants Portal will not be reviewed.
Please note: The Fund awards a maximum of $40,000 per grant per year. Grant requests are for a period of maximum three years.
If you are unable to use the Grants Portal, please contact the Grants Program Team on this email address grantees@ahrfund.org.
The Arab Human Rights Fund has a two-step application process:
- Interested applicants begin by submitting a letter of inquiry (template available on the portal) that summarizes information about the applicant and the proposed action for which they seek funding.
- After reviewing the letter of inquiry, the grants program team will invite promising applicants to apply for a grant. The application packet will be sent to these applicants at that time.
Please note: All grant applications that do not tackle human rights issues in the countries in transition (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria and Yemen) will be processed starting June 2013. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
